This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning order, dated 14.6.2017, in I.A.No.135 of 2015 in O.S.No.104 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Chodavaram. At the hearing, Ms. A.Vara Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, has fairly conceded that Civil Revision Petition No.3470 of 2017, filed against an order identical to the order assailed in this Civil Revision Petition, was dismissed by this Court on 21.7.2017.

For the same reasons for which the said Civil Revision Petition was dismissed, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.4727 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
