THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.1934 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed stating that the orders, dated 24.04.2018, of this Court in W.P.No.10472 of 2018, are not complied with and that the non-compliance is deliberate and, therefore, the respondent is liable to be punished for contempt. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners; and of the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (A.P.) appearing for the respondent. I have perused the material record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare stated that the orders of this Court are duly complied with and placed on record the proceedings in R.Dis C5/M/254/2012, dated 21.08.2018, of the District Collector, Kakinada, East Godavari District. A copy of the said proceeding is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner endorsed the said submission.

Having regard to the facts and submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
