When the matter is listed on 07.06.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and afternoon sessions and this Court directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently. Further, learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submits that the petitioner has retired from the service and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
