This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the official respondents to take action against the 3rd respondent for making illegal and unauthorized constructions.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent, who is his neighbour encroached into his property and started making illegal and unauthorized constructions. The petitioner made a complaint on 16.5.2017 before the official respondents. But they have not taken any action so far. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"If there was any complaint or representation made by the petitioner, the official respondents are directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the unauthorized constructions or deviations alleged to have been made by the 3rd respondent."
