Heard both sides.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 5 and 6 with the collusion of 7th respondent interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner and also interfering in the civil disputes pending before the Hon'ble High Court at Hyderabad in PIL.No 420 of 2013 and O. S. No. 46 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandaluru, YSR Kadapa district as illegal, arbitrary, misuse of power."

The grievance of the petitioner is that since he is espousing the cause of public by filing Public Interest Litigation, respondent No.7 in collusion with respondent No. 6 are interfering in the civil disputes pending before this Court in PIL.No.420 of 2013 and O.S.No.46 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandaluru, YSR Kadapa district.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5, on instructions, would submit that except registration of a case in Cr.No.115 of 2014 on the file of Penagalur Police Station and conducting of investigation into the said crime, they have not interfered in the civil disputes in PIL.No.420 of 2013 and O.S.No.46 of 2013, particularly, in collusion with respondent No.6. 5.
In the light of the above said statement, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
