This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 11.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.919 of 2016 and I.A.No.920 of 2016 in O.S.No.885 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 28.11.2017. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
