It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that the order, dated 12.08.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.23266 of 2016 was complied with.

Today, the details of payments made are furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to verify the payments made as per the details furnished and if anything remains to be complied with, it is open to him to submit a representation to the respondent for compliance.
