THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.41787 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the third respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.11.2016, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as an assistant to a document writer and as a document writer, he is writing number of documents. The Station House Officer, Lalapet, Guntur, registered fiver crimes against the petitioner, but the petitioner has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is not aware of the title of the property and that the petitioner attested the documents and he is not scribe of the documents, for which the cases have been registered and that the petitioner is not a habitual offender and he is not at all having any intention for committing any offence. Hence, he prays this Court to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of petitioner for deleting name of the petitioner in the crimes registered against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders as early as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall also stand disposed of. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 01.12.
