THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26165 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for removal of the encroachments made by the unofficial respondents herein, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the second respondent, on 10.05.2018, but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that, no such representation is pending consideration before the second respondent. On hearing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to make a representation afresh to respondent Nos.2 and 3, for redressal of her grievance and for consideration of the same by the respondent authorities.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is made by the petitioner herein, the same

will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to submit an appropriate representation to respondent Nos.2 and 3, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and, if any such representation is made by the petitioner herein, the same be verified and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
