SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.14335 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.95 of 2013 of Gosapadu Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences under Sections 342, 384 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A2 to A5.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that after completion of investigation, the police filed charge sheet in the aforesaid crime and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition as it became infructuous. Copy of charge sheet is also filed. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file discharge petition before the Court below raising all the pleas raised in this petition. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
