It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasions i.e, on 24.06.2016, 15.07.2016 and 05.08.2016 none appeared on behalf of the petitioners, however, as a last chance, the matter is directed to be listed today. Today also, when the matter is called, present none for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
