When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate Labour Court. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Labour Court to pursue their remedies. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
