THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26123 of 2018 ORDER:

After arguing the writ petition for some time, the counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to file revision.

(a) The petitioner is given liberty to file revision within two weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) The petitioner if files revision as permitted by this Court, this Court has no reason to doubt that the Revisional Authority considers and disposes of the revision by keeping in view the ratio of this Court in KURUVA HA NUM A NTHA M M A Vs.

PRINC IPA L SEC RETA RY, REVENUE DEPA RTM ENT, HYDERA BA D A ND A NO THER1 within eight weeks thereafter.

(c) The parties are directed to maintain statusquo obtaining as on today pending disposal of the revision.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
