HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 11183 of 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing office order dated 10.06.2003 as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim orders granted by this court on 17.06.2003, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent-APSRTC did not oppose for the same.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
