Ramachandra Rao) Learned counsel for appellant has filed a letter dt.13-11-2019 stating that the appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal since it had made an application to the Central Board of Indirect Taxes under the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 vide application reference No.LD0411190000013.

Therefore the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal with liberty to revive it in the event the application of petitioner referred to supra is rejected.

This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
