HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.12438 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Vishnuvardhan Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents 1 to 5.

The petitioner challenges enquiry notice Rc.No.E3/ 1921/ 2016, dated 29.06.2016 issued by respondents 2 and 3 proposing to conduct enquiry, as illegal and without jurisdiction.

The Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) states that the prayer as made in the writ petition could not be c onsidered by this Court at this stage of the matter, for on 21.10.2016 the 3rd respondent passed orders in Rc.No.E3/ 1921/ 2016 and orders were also communicated by registered post with acknowledgment due and received by the counsel, who appeared before the 3rd respondent.

In view of disposal of enquiry, by giving liberty to petitioner to challenge the order, dated 21.10.2016 passed by 3rd respondent, if so advised, the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
