HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1054 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 16.01.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.46 of 2016 in F.C.O.P.No.7 of 2016 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Karimnagar, whereby the petitioners, who are wife and son of respondent No.1 herein, were granted interim maintenance of Rs.7,500/ - p.m. from the date of filing of petition, this revision is filed by them.

Heard before admission.

As it is only an interim measure and not final determination from the entitlement, no doubt, respondent No.1 herein is an Electrical Engineer and drawing a handsome salary and it is his duty to produce what are his earnings in gross to award maintenance, without prejudice to the contest in the main matter, by not interfering with the order impugned. The lower Court is directed to dispose of the F.C.O.P. within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
