THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.4987 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A4 and A5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.106 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Devanaally Police Station, Kamareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition and to that effect, he submitted a letter, dated 21-02-2018, before the Registry.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
