The Assistant Government Pleader by relying on written instructions dated 10.04.2013 submits that Cr.No.84 of 2012 is registered against the petitioner and at the instance of petitioner Cr.No.56 of 2012 was registered. The respondent denies interfering with the possession or enjoyment of subject matter of writ petition. This Court is of the view that the respondents since have registered crimes are expected to follow the procedure and the interference alleged in the writ petition is not made out. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
