Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, Seeking to direct the respondents to issue Form 13-B certillcate and e-pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner in respect of the subject lands situated at Ashwaraopally Village, Raghunathpally Mandal, Warangal District, duly considering the application of the petitioner, dated 09.O1.2017 , the present writ petition is Iiled.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner makes an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law. Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an on-line application through Dharani Portal seeking issuance ol Form 13-B Certificate and e-pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject lands, within a period of two weeks from the date ol receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, respondent No.2 shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks
thereof, duly putting all the interested parties on notice and considering the objections, if any.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
