Initially when the matter was admitted, this Court granted interim stay on 04.07.2005. Thereafter, on verification with the office of the Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Kurnool, it is noticed that all the above said E.Ps are closed on 18.12.2007 as not pressed. Inasmuch as all the E.Ps itself have been closed, nothing survives in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed without expressing any opinion on merits. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner has any other grievance, she shall be at liberty to get redressed her grievance in accordance with the law. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
