THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.10556 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioners/Respondents seeking to quash the D.V.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class magistrate at Nizamabad, for the offences under Section 498-A I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/respondents and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following directions : The presence of petitioners herein is dispensed with before the trial Court on each and every hearing, but they shall appear before the trial court when the trial court insists for their appearance for any specific purpose.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. The learned trial Court shall dispose of D.V.C.No.1 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________
