The main O.A. was transferred to this Court and renumbered as W.P.(TR).No.97 of 2077 and the same was also disposed of by this Court vide order, dated 25.07.2017. Therefore, when the main O.A. itself was adjudicated in the form of W.p.(TR).No.9l of 2017, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 2.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners did not dispute the said submissions.

In view of the same, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
