HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Public Interest Litigation No.93 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned Government Pleader has placed on record a Memo dated 23.6.2015 and G.O.Rt. No. 469, dated 12.5.2015. He has also served a copy thereof, on the Advocate for the petitioner. From the contents of the Memo and the G.O., it is clear that the prayer made in the petition stands satisfied. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this petition and seeks direction to complete the construction of high level/single lane bridge within time frame.
The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as not pressed. We hope and trust that the concerned department of the Government will complete the construction of high level/single lane bridge, expeditiously.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
