The writ petition was heard on 24.06.2016. At the request of Mr. K. Jyothi Prasad, counsel for respondents 2 to 4, the writ petition is adjourned to today to enable him to get instructions on the stage of enquiry initiated pursuant to show cause notice No.SII/TS/Sup/2009 dated 28.11.2009.

3. This Court is of the view that as the show cause notice is deemed to have been withdrawn by the University, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.
