This Court made the following:

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.29747 OF 2015 ORDER:

Alleging that flag posts and hoardings erected in front of the premises of petitioner obstructing the view as well as causing inconvenience in ingress and egress of the petitioner's property, petitioner filed complaint on 14.08.2015 to various authorities including Commissioner and Special Officer, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad.

Alleging inaction on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of correspondence addressed to him by the Additional Commissioner (Elections), GHMC, dated 07.09.2015 informing the petitioner that the complaint has been forwarded to the authority concerned, who shall look into the grievances.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Deputy Commissioner, Circle No.9, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, to look into the grievance of the petitioner dated 14.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous
