This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.05.2018 passed in I.A.No.189 of 2018 in O.P.No.26 of 2018 on the file of the Judge, Family Court at Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to move an appropriate application before the Family Court at appropriate time. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
