Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not taking action against the unofficial official respondents inspite of lodging a complaint of trespass and inspite of bringing to his notice the judgment and decree dated 16.08.2013 passed by the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cumXVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy, in O.S.No.191 of 2010.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner had in fact invoked the jurisdiction of the Court below by filing an execution petition seeking execution of the judgment and decree dated 16.08.2013 but the E.P. came to be closed; however, the petitioner has once again the remedy of filing the E.P. before the Court below and, therefore, the writ petition may be closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to exercise the remedy available under law.

In the light of the submission made, the writ petition is closed by leaving open to the petitioner to work out the remedies available in law. No costs.
