The petitioner complains inaction in registering complaints dated 24.11.2012, 03.12.2012 and 16.12.2012 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The 2nd respondent filed counter affidavit and it is stated that Crime Nos.322 of 2012 and Crime No.325 of 2012 are registered and charge sheets are also filed.

This Court is of the view that with the passage of time and due to progress referred to above, the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer. The writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
