O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though the respondents 2 to 4 conducted survey in respect of the subject property in Sy.Nos.64, 112, 118 of Village Nyalkal, Zheerabad, Sangareddy District on 07.03.2018 and 09.03.2018, and that he made application dated 10.07.2018 for furnishing report of the said survey, the same has not been provided.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents / competent authority to consider the application stated to have been made by the petitioner on 10.07.2018 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
