The appellant, respondent No.1 and their respective counsel are present. Both parties as well as their counsel say that respondent No.2 has nothing to do with the suit schedule properties.

The parties are identified by their respective counsel and they stated that they have compromised the matter. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed along with Memorandum of Compromise to record the terms of compromise.

In view of the same, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and consequently, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal, shall stand closed.
