THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.14037 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner as Work Inspector in the office of respondents-corporation as the petitioner was working from 18.04.1991 onwards and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has been continuing in service. He further submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the writ petition is closed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
