Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II. 2.

Petitioner is claiming to be working as part time village revenue officer of Venkatapuram Village, and seeks regularization of his services. The petitioner made request long ago. On the request made by the petitioner, the Tahsildar vide his letter in Rc.No.A/127/2012 dated 10.02.2012 addressed to the District Collector, Khammam also recommended to appoint the petitioner on regular basis vide proposal in Rc.No.A/965/2012 dated 25.09.2012 holding the petitioner as eligible and suitable. But so far no decision is taken.

Having regard to the proposal submitted by the Tahsildar dated 25.09.2012, the District Collector is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner for regularization and to pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
