This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC by the accused to quash the order dated 23.9.2015 in Crl.R.P. No.70 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Khammam confirming the order dated 08.9.2015 passed in Crl.M.P. No.5473 of 2015 in C.C. No.441 of 2013 on the file of the court of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Prohibition & Excise Cases, Khammam.

2. Learned counsel for both the parties are present. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
