THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.948 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.33910 of 2016, dated 30.09.2016. The operative portion of the said order is as follows.

"The matter has to be enquired by the competent authority and at this stage, this court is not inclined to interfere with the order of suspension passed against the petitioner. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete enquiry against the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to him within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Now a counter affidavit is filed stating that the enquiry was completed and punishment was imposed on the petitioner on 01.06.2017. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
