wp_15372_2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for certiorari to quash Lok Adalat Award vide L.A.C.No. 6 of 2015 in O.S.No. 63 of 2005 dated 11-04-2015. 2.

Sri B.Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 11-08-2017 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is informed that the matter is settled out of the Court and hence the Writ Petition may be posted for withdrawal before the Court. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
