HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 217 OF 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the following order dated 14-07-2015 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 10603 of 2012:

"This writ petition is filed questioning the notice dated 03.04.2012 whereby the petitioner was asked to get the lease deed agreements registered for renewal of lease in respect of Shop bearing No.700003 from 01.04.2010 and 31.03.2012.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent. Since the lease renewal period as sought in the notice is already over, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed."

From perusal of the order, it is clear that lease renewal period as sought in the notice is already over and, hence, the learned Judge disposed of the writ petition since the cause did not survive for adjudication. This has not been disputed by learned counsel for the appellant. Hence, we are not inclined to interfere with the order. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
