This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 18.4.2012 passed in I.A. No.318 of 2011 in O.S.No.345 of 2011 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

As per the Office note, the suit was dismissed for default on 13.10.2017. In view of the dismissal of the suit, the very purpose of filing of the appeal has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
