HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.15808 OF 2014 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has purchased a house site over an extent of Ac.104 Sq.yards situated in Sy.No.418/1 of Vallur Village, Tangatur Mandal, Prakasam District for a valuable consideration of Rs.52,000/- through a registered Document No.6727/2011, dated 25.05.2011, from one Sanagara Tirupalu S/o Kotayya. It is the case of the petitioner that the property is ancestral property of S.Kotayya, but the 2nd respondent is threatening to evict the petitioner and demolish the house without any valid reasons. When the Writ Petition came up for admission on 11.06.2014, while granting status quo notice was ordered. The status quo order came to be extended from time to time i.e., on 07.07.2014, 10.09.2014 and 14.11.2014 and the matter was once again listed today.

In spite of granting number of adjournments, no counter was filed by the respondents. In that view of the matter, interest of justice would be served if a direction is given to the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner or dispossess her from the plot consisting of house admeasuring 104 Sq.yards situated in Sy.No.418/1 of Vallur Village, Tangatur Mandal, Prakasam District, except following the due process of law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
