This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the Judgment and decree dated 10.02.2017 in M.V.O.P.No.1760 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XI Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalath vide Award dated 22.04.2018. 3.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalath on 22.04.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
