HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 7801 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking compassionate appointment to the 2nd petitioner.

It has been contended by the petitioners that the husband of the 1st petitioner was employed with the respondents and he died while serving with the respondents on 19.09.1987. They submitted a representation to the respondents on 08.09.1998 seeking compassionate appointment to the 2nd petitioner, but so far, their case is not considered.

This Court having considered the submission of the petitioners is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a fresh representation. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a representation afresh to the respondents, and upon receiving such representation, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with the rules, within four weeks thereafter.
