ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of Respondents 3 and 4 in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No. 638,

at Plot No. 48 of B.K. Puram, Mylardevpally village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District despite the authorization of the petitioner is in force. To day when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader based on the instructions submits that show cause notice dated 15.6.2015 was issued to the petitioner.

However, it is to be seen that issuance of show cause notice to the petitioner would not deny supply of essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop so long as his authorization is in force. In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop when his authorization is in force and subsisting. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
