Heard Mr.C.Sai Vishnu for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from his property admeasuring 0-1 1⁄2 and 0-1 1⁄4 cents in of land in Sy. No. 124, 125 of Lakshmipuram Village, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District without any notice and following of due process of law as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from his peaceful possession of the property admeasuring 0-11⁄2 and 0-11⁄4 cents in of land in Sy No. 124, 125 of Lakshmipuram Village, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District..."
The Assistant Government Pleader by referring to the written instructions dated 25.07.2018 submits that the respondents are not taking any action for eviction or dispossession of the petitioner from the subject matter of writ petition and the respondents, if initiate action against the petitioner, the same would be in accordance with law.
