This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 04.4.2012 in I.A. No.157 of 2012 in C.M.A. No.8 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Chirala.

The learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the Office note, the C.M.A. was dismissed for default on 13.12.2012. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
