ORDER

Petitioner preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the proceedings in M.C.No.E/47/2015, dated 10-09-2015 of the Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Warangal. The order under challenge is in accordance with law. Nothing is suggested by the said order that the Respondents intend to arrest the petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that the approach of the petitioner by way of this revision is a premature, as the petitioner approached this Court with an apprehension that he may be arrested. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, if there is any apprehension by way of any other order, petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
