HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26214 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard Sri A.Jagan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ch.Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation. 2.

According to the petitioners, they submitted building permission application on 22.02.2018. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that despite lapse of considerable length of time, the respondent-Municipal Corporation Authorities are not processing the said application pertaining to plot bearing Nos.115, 116 and 117 in Sy.Nos.546, 547, 548, 549, 551 and 573 situated at Anantasaraswathi Nagar, East Anand Bagh, Malkajgiri. 3.

Since the application, dated 22.02.2018 is pending, according to the petitioners, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent-Municipal Corporation to consider the said application and to pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
