THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5312 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction more particularly writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not completing the Primary Health Centre in CH. Pothepalli Village, Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal, West Godavari District as sanctioned vide G.O.Ms. No. 77, Health Medical and Family Welfare (F1) Department, dated 04.04.2012, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to complete the construction of the Primary Health Centre building by 31.03.2015 as the grant-in-aid lapses by 31-03-2015." When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the Primary Health Centre in CH.Pothepalli Village, Dwaraka Tirumala Mandal, West Godavari District has been completed and at present, it is functioning.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 23rd NOVEMBER 2018.
