HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION NO:27192 OF 2009 ORDER:

1. This writ petition is filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.1034, Revenue (Endowments-I) Department, dated 1.10.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent constituting a committee viz., Andhra Pradesh Dharmika Parishad.

2. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for respondents Nos.12 & 14 informed that the committee constituted under the G.O. impugned has already been substituted by another committee and the subsequent committee has also resigned and no such committee is in existence as of now. The said submission of the learned Counsel has not been disputed. In view of the same, this Court feels that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ Justice Raja Elango Date:30.3.2015 NN
