Heard the counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Energy for 1st respondent, and Sri N. Siva Reddy, counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4.

The counsel on both sides state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dt.24.07.2018 in WP.No.20317 of 2018, passed by this Court.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to inform the District Collector, Kadapa about laying of 132 K.V. line through the petitioners' land; thereupon, the District Collector, Kadapa shall direct the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer or Tahsildar to visit the petitioners' properties and assess the amount of compensation which the petitioners would be entitled to, and communicate the same to the petitioners as well as to the 2nd respondent; and on such communication, the 2nd respondent shall make available such compensation payable to petitioners.

If the petitioners are aggrieved by the compensation determined by the Revenue Officials, they are at liberty to avail the remedy available to them under Section 10 of the Telegraph Act, 1882 read with Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
