THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1772 of 2011 ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner states that the person whom the petitioner wanted to recall to give evidence by filing I.A.Nos.170 of 2011 and 171 of 2011 in O.S.No.216 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla, had died in the year 2012.

Since the order dt.11-03-2011 passed in the said I.As. refusing to summon the said person is challenged in this Revision, and since the said person is now admitted to dead, the Revision has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand disposed of.
